Today, let us introduce you to Julien Berthillon, Deputy Hotel Manager of the Domaine du Mas de Pierre.
After obtaining a Master's degree in Hotel Management at École Vatel Lyon, he headed for Monte-Carlo, where he was appointed Assistant Catering Director at the charming Hôtel Hermitage, a Leading Hotels of the World.
He continued his career in Dubai at the 5* One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel, also a Leading Hotels of the World, where he supervised two restaurants and a lounge.
He then returned to Monaco to join the prestigious Meetings & Events division of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel 5* Relais & Châteaux and Salle des Étoiles.
An insatiable traveller avid for adventure, Julien flew to the Middle East, the South Pacific and then North Africa to fully embrace his passion for catering and take on the role of Events Director. In 2018, he took on a new challenge as Catering Director.
