Originally from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, Chef Maxime Leconte has travelled a lot to discover the different culinary cultures.
From Indonesia, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and even Morocco, he trained with great chefs while imbuing himself with local customs.
Today, he is Chef at the restaurant La Table de Pierre in the Resort Hotel Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre, located in Saint-Paul-de-Vence on the French Riviera, in which he offers an elaborate and original cuisine combining local products and spices, herbs and techniques from elsewhere.
