À la carte, depending on the day's catch and what local producers bring daily: Artisan Caught Swordfish Paired with Sautéed Fennel and Zucchini, Beef Flank Steak a la plancha with its Tomatoes and Mashed Potatoes, or Risotto Carnaroli with Spicy Coconut Cream, Melon and Peas.
The Kitchen's Slate
From Monday to Sunday, Bistrot Lis Orto offers its daily specials on the slate where creativity meets simplicity from Pissaladière to Roasted Red Mullet, and Mackerel Bruschetta with its 'au gratin' Ratatouille. Based on produce deliveries, favourite stars on the menu are Burger of the Day, Dombes Squab, Aged Beef or Calf's Liver.

In tune with the times, the Bistrot is committed to a cuisine that promotes well-being but "never without pleasure" with its flagship dish: the "Mas Bowl". According to seasons, a colourful and savoury one-dish meal of diverse flavour composition around soba noodles, edamame, grilled fish, tomatoes, melons, avocados, asparagus, artichokes, courgette fritters and the like.
